As we look back on 2025, our hearts are overflowing with gratitude. In the Bible, God’s people often set up “stones of remembrance” to mark the places where He showed up, provided, and transformed lives. This year at Mesquite Worship Center, we have many stones to stack.
Every dollar given and every prayer whispered has translated into a tangible miracle. Here is a look at the “Stones of Provision” and “Stones of Ministry” that defined our year.
The Stones of Provision: A Legacy of Generosity
Because of your faithfulness, we weren’t just a building on a corner; we were a lifeline for our community and the world.
Benevolence & Local Impact We believe that faith without works is dead, and this year, we put that into action. Our benevolence fund provided $4,448.96 in direct relief. We were able to help 23 individuals (30 total instances of assistance) navigate some of their darkest moments. This included:
- Emergency housing and rent assistance
- Utility payments and furniture for new starts
- Food and gas cards for those in need
- Three funeral gifts to honor and support grieving families
Global Reach Our hearts beat for the Great Commission. In 2025, your giving reached far beyond Mesquite:
- Missionaries: $4,687.34 sent to support those on the front lines.
- Member Mission Trips: $2,226.00 to send our own into the harvest field.
- Global Awakening: $4,825.77 to fuel revival movements worldwide.
The Stones of Ministry: Lives Transformed
While the numbers in our bank account matter for ministry, the numbers in the “Lamb’s Book of Life” are what we celebrate most! We saw the Holy Spirit move in powerful, tangible ways within our sanctuary and our homes.
Salvation & New Beginnings
- 16 people gave their lives to Jesus for the very first time!
- 6 people made the powerful decision to rededicate their lives to Christ.
- 5 people declared their faith publicly through water baptism.
- 5 people received a fresh empowerment in the Holy Spirit.
Healing & Deliverance We serve a God who still heals today. This year, we witnessed an incredible outpouring of restorative power:
- 60 people reported physical healings.
- 12 people experienced emotional healing.
- 2 people were set free from the weight of past trauma.
- 5 people experienced breakthrough through deliverance.
Looking Ahead
These statistics are more than just data; they represent mothers who can now pay rent, neighbors who are no longer in physical pain, and souls that will spend eternity with God.
As we step into the next season, we invite you to continue building with us. Whether you gave, served, or prayed this year—thank you. You are part of the story God is writing in Mesquite.
